A studio's work, a studio's rules.

An organization holds your projects, your people and one balance. You decide who opens which project, what each person may spend, and what your LLM may do.

Four roles, and no fee per person.

Invite by email or by link. A role says what a person may do; a tick says which projects they may open.

Owner

Holds the organization and its money.

  • The card, auto top-up and receipts
  • Every project and the team
  • Hands the organization on

Manager

Every project, and the team.

  • Invites and removes people
  • Sets roles and spending limits
  • Can add funds, never holds the card

Member

Works in the projects ticked.

  • Plans, frames, renders and upscales
  • Sees only their projects
  • Spends up to their limit

Viewer

Looks and comments only.

  • Opens the projects ticked
  • Cannot change or spend

A sample team. The column of ticks is one project, “Paradise, Found”, shown by its initials: a tick means that person may open it. Each project has a column of its own.

One balance, with a limit for each person.

Everyone works from the organization's balance. Set a limit for a person by day, week or month, and they are told when it starts again.

Before any job, everyone sees its price. When the balance is short, a member is told to ask; the owner or a manager is offered the way to add funds.

Each project also has a Budget page: what it has spent by scene, sequence, person and model, against a budget you set.

Write the same scene at the same time.

A sequence is a shared document. Two people can type in it at once; each sees who else is there and which shot they are on. Edits are merged, never overwritten.

The top bar shows who is online and what is rendering, for the whole organization.

A record of who did what.

Sign-ins, failed attempts, invites, role changes and LLM connections are kept with their time, person and place, and can be searched and exported.

You can require two-factor for everyone, sign a person out everywhere, and end any connection at once.

Ownership and privacy

Your LLM is a teammate with a job description.

A connection names the projects it can open, how long it lasts and what it may do. Reading is always allowed. Writing shots, queueing pictures and queueing video are each switched on by you.

Whatever it queues waits for a person. Nothing is spent until someone presses Approve.

Team questions

Does each person need a paid seat?

No. There is no price per person. Invite as many people as the work needs; the organization pays only for the pictures, renders and upscales that are made.

Can a freelancer see only one project?

Yes. A Member or a Viewer opens only the projects ticked for them on the Team page. Everything else in the organization is invisible to them.

Can two people work in the same sequence at once?

Yes. A sequence is a shared document: two people can write in it together, each sees where the other is working, and their edits are merged instead of one overwriting the other.

Who can spend the organization's money?

Anyone who can work in a project can start a paid job, up to the spending limit set for them. Only the owner holds the saved card, sets auto top-up and sees receipts.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them on the Team page. They lose access at once, their open pages close, and the work they made stays with the organization.

Can one person belong to more than one organization?

Yes. A person can own or join several organizations, each with its own projects, people and balance, and switch between them.

Can Story Atlas staff see our projects?

Not what is in them. Story Atlas staff see who is on the team, counts, money, timings and error codes, never scripts, boards, prompts or files. Two exceptions: a request our safety check blocks, which a person reviews, and a file named in a report or a legal notice, which a person may open to decide whether it must be removed. The owner can let support in for 24 hours: support then also sees the names of the projects and how many sequences each has, not what is in them. For a legal or safety case Story Atlas can give itself that same view for four hours without asking, and it is written in the security record as “Emergency access by Story Atlas”. The Privacy Notice has the rest.

Bring the team. Pay only for what gets made.

No card needed. Finish the tutorial in the app and $3 is added to your balance.
