Can it take a full-length screenplay?
Yes. Import a PDF or a .docx, or paste the text. One script can hold up to 2,000 scenes. What the breakdown found is listed on the project's Overview, for you to check.
What can a feature be finished at?
On Seedance 2.5, renders go up to 1080p. The takes you keep are upscaled to 2K or 4K, and nothing in the shot changes. Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast can also render at 4K. The frame is 16:9; wider frames are not offered yet.
